I have benefited greatly from using the CNCCookbook website. My initial web searches on the subject started finding articles and I soon became familiar with the CNCCookbook name. It then became evident that the GW-Calc software could help me find the narrow window of feeds and speeds for efficient operation of my Shapeoko2 CNC router. A really big thank you.
